While the organization's Pro and Minor teams both skated away with championships, the trophies and plaques did not stop there.</p>]]></description>

<p>Harrisburg, PA - The Suffolk Sting came into the PIHA Finals this past weekend determined to make up for last season's Finals loss and they did just that with a 4 games to&nbsp;1 series win. The league believed this series was going to be a tight one and the teams and players did not disappoint.&nbsp;Back and forth games, two overtimes, and three days of action proved to be one of the best Finals' series in the league's 11 years of existence.&nbsp;&quot;It became the series the league hoped for.&nbsp;Both teams played hard, physical hockey and were very well matched.&nbsp;Two overtimes and some of the best players in the country coming together to show off our sport was exactly what the league was looking for,&quot; said PIHA Co-founder, Charley Yoder.</p>]]></description>

						<description><![CDATA[<p>With half the season in the books, the Grizzlies stand at 11-3-0 with 22 points and currently are tied with Team Blue for the third spot in the Eastern Conference.&nbsp; The Grizzlies are 4 points behind second place Marshallton Rampage and 6 points behind the Suffolk Sting.&nbsp; They will face off against all three of those teams in Lemoyne today with a fourth game against the Thorndale Rampage who currently hold the 6th spot in the East, possibly becoming an opponent of the Grizzlies in the playoffs.&nbsp; &quot;We have been playing well this year, but some real tests are coming in Lemoyne and then of course of six game day in Rapid Fire at the end of the month is crucial.&quot; says Head Coach Ken Peters.&nbsp; </p>]]></description>

The squad returns forwards JJ Fichter, Jim Redstreake, Tim Fulton and Philip Cocozzo, while on defense returnees include Mike Keating, James Manganaro, Robbie Fulton and Chris Wolf. In goal will be the Iron Man of the team, goaltender Andrew Goworek who will be getting back the assistance of MIke Maczynski and the addition of veteran goaltender Joe D'Aloisio to help with the goaltending chores.</p>]]></description>
